  Marc Bolh - President

Marc has over 30 years of experience in providing clinical and management services to medical providers. He was VP of Corporate Development to a clinical laboratory that became the largest such facility in New England under his guidance. Marc founded AMSplus (formerly Automated Medical Systems, Inc.) in 1982. With the vision and dedication of a seasoned management team, AMSplus is now one of the 20 largest revenue cycle management solutions companies in the United States.


  Frank Smith - Vice President of Client Services

Frank has been working in the health care practice management and information systems field for 20 years, and has been employed at AMSplus for the last 15 years. He has held several positions at AMS including Director of IT and Vice President of Operations. Currently, as the Vice President of Client Services, Frank ensures that AMS' clients consistently receive the highest quality of support and results that they come to expect. Frank has provided AMSplus guidance in developing management tools for our staff and clients to make the process of evaluating results easier. He has a B.S. in Business Management from Boston College and is an expert in Radiology reimbursement and serves as the Massachusetts Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) representative to the Medicare Carrier Advisory Committee.


  Mark Stewart - V.P. of Sales and Marketing

Mark has seventeen years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare field with a specific focus on medical practices.  Mark joined AMSplus 7 years ago and is responsible for new business and expanding our client-base throughout New England, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Ohio and is an active member of HFMA, MGMA, HBMA, CMGMA, and the MA/RI MGMA.  Mark graduated for Roger Williams University with a B.S. in Business Management and a minor in Economics.


  Lyne Green - V.P. of Operations

Lyne has in excess of 23 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and as the V.P. of Operations, she oversees I.S.O. for the entire company, and coding, output, depositing, accounts receivables and customer care for the Salem, NH location and the Regional Offices located in Lewiston, ME Lynn, MA, Cumberland, RI, and Orange, CT. Prior to joining AMS back in 1998, she served as a Claims Consultant for Prudential Insurance Company where she focused on the payor side of medical billing. This highly focused medical and healthcare experience imbues her with a uniquely well rounded, no-nonsense business perspective that translates into impressive cash flow and profit-enhancing efficiencies for clients.


  Jan Lenaghan - Chief Financial Officer

Jan has over 25 years of finance and accounting experience and has been employed at AMSplus for 13 years.  She is responsible for the financial needs of AMSplus including implementing and administering budgets, forecasting, and analysis of operating income and expenses. She is also responsible for the financial services offered to our clients. Through Jan’s leadership and controls, AMSplus has continued to expand and offer new services while maintaining a strong balance sheet. Our financial strength provides our clients a partner they can depend on.


  Kevin Carlson - Chief Information Officer t

While enrolled in college, Kevin founded two companies; Paradigm Business Solutions (PBS), and Paradigm Medical Information Solutions, Inc. (PMIS). PBS provided services to companies that needed assistance with technical or computer related issues, primarily in database work. PMIS is a company that currently develops custom medical database technology and custom medical IT solutions to physician and hospital groups.
Kevin has been employed by AMSplus for 1 year; he is a MCSE with Microsoft Corporation, and his company, Paradigm Medical Information Solutions is a Microsoft Certified Partner. Kevin has taught college level courses at regional universities such as Suffolk, Northeastern, and Dean Colleges, in subjects on Object Oriented Programming, Database Architecture, Mathematics, and entrepreneurship. Kevin has also taught as a Microsoft Certified Instructor for the MCSE 2000 certification exams.
Kevin’s notable accomplishments during his career include assisting with the development of the MK-6 missile guidance project (Draper Laboratories/MIT 1994 – 1996) the development of the McDonalds automatic Scheduling Application (Micros Corp) and the creation of Patient WoRx, a patented database product used for Electronic Medical Records.  Kevin graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. Computer Science, minor in Math and Business.

  Janet Dugan - V.P. of Human Resources t

Janet has over 20 years of Human Resources experience with increased levels of responsibilities. Prior to joining AMSplus in the fall of 2005, she has worked for large and medium sized companies; including a major health insurance carrier, a global telephony products organization, and a privately owned medical device company. She graduated from Regis College with a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Education, and also received a certificate in Human Resources Management from Stonehill College. Janet is a member of SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management) and NEHRA (Northeast Human Resources Association).

  Jill Morelli - Division Manager t

Jill has over 17 years of experience in the practice management field and currently oversees the Pathology Division located in Braintree MA. In addition to working closely with her clients as a practice manager, Jill is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Braintree office; which includes data entry, coding, accounts receivables, customer service, and practice management. Jill received a B.A. in Business Management from Suffolk University and has been employed with AMSplus for 6 years.

  Susan Vecchi - Compliance Officer t

Susan was the first employee to be hired at AMSplus, and as such has been with the company for over 23 years.  Susan who graduated from Bentley College with a B.S. in Sociology and Education, was elected AMSplus Compliance Officer in 2003 and is responsible for spear-heading our compliance initiatives.  As the company continues to navigate through the ever changing and complex world of compliance, one thing remains the same; which is our mission.  “To ensure adequate systems are in place to facilitate and promote ethical and legal conduct with respect to billing and AMSplus operations”; which is achieved through constant communication, training, and working together as a team. The Compliance Committee which Susan chairs is a cross-representation of AMSplus and includes employees in the following positions:  CIO, Practice Manager, CPC Coding Specialist, I.S.O. Specialist, Sr. Human Resources Generalist, and Accounts Receivable Team Leader.  Each member of the committee brings with them their own experience and “areas of expertise”.  This enables AMSplus to look at all cases and issues from many different perspectives. The committee meets on a monthly basis to address “open items”, legislative issues, and the ongoing education of our employees.
